In legal practice, immaterial damages are determined using case law and guidelines from the Personal Injury Council. It looks at the nature and severity of the injury, the duration of recovery, the impact on daily life, and the degree of fault of the perpetrator.<\/p>\n

Making invisible wounds visible<\/h3>\n

An important aspect of my work is making these invisible wounds visible. This requires a careful and empathetic approach.
