Shipping costs

Netherlands: Shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands are €7. This is for a regular parcel including track-and-trace via the carrier DPD. You will receive the tracking information as soon as the parcel is picked up by the carrier.
Belgium: Shipping costs for shipments within Belgium are €10. This is for a regular parcel including track-and-trace via the carrier DPD. You will receive the tracking information as soon as the parcel is picked up by the carrier.
Germany: Shipping costs for shipments within Germany are €10. This is for a regular parcel including track-and-trace via the carrier DPD. You will receive the tracking information as soon as the parcel is picked up by the carrier.

Payments are made in a secure manner via our payment provider Mollie. Once the payment and order are complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us and we will keep you informed about the delivery.

Shipping and delivery

Our products are shipped within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany with DPD, in general orders placed on working days before 16:00 will be shipped the same day. After the order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking information by e-mail. If an ordered item is not in stock and the delivery time is longer than expected, we will let you know immediately.

Returns

At Autobaak.nl you have from the day of delivery of the ordered item 14 days to return your ordered items. Within these 14 days we ask you to notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase. After this notification you have 14 days to return the products. The shipping costs for returning the items will be for your account.

We only accept returns of items that are in their original packaging and in new condition. Writing on the packaging or sticking stickers on the packaging is not permitted, so please use a wrap-around box when you return the products to us. If you assemble the items or use them beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods, we may hold you liable for the reduction in value. In case of transport damage, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt of the package.

Problems with the shipment, at or by the company responsible for the shipment to us, are at the customer's risk. Therefore, always keep your dispatch note.

After returning the items, we will inspect them and refund the purchase price to you. Please note that the shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned. You will receive the full purchase amount as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the moment of dissolution to your account.
